End of January releases!

Wow, I can't believe it is almost the end of January already!!  Here are some of the upcoming releases I am most looking forward too.

This one just came out on the 24th and it is the highly anticipated conclusion to Sabrina Jeffries Hellions of Halstead Hall series and it is already downloaded on my Kindle and I hope to read it soon.

Also releasing on Jan 24th, but just for you lucky Nook owners (the rest of us have to wait until Feb 21st, I think) is a debut from Sara Ramsey that sounds good!


Here is a look at all the great titles releasing on the 31st!  Four great debuts from Jillian Stone, Anna Randol, Manda Collins and Sophie Barnes.  Plus a the start of a wonderful new series from Lorraine Heath and a new series from Nicole Jordan, a continuation from Jennifer Haymore (a novella and a full length out on the same day) and from Victoria Alexander and a conclusion from Stephanie Laurens.

 

And if nothing catches your eye here (but I'm sure a couple have!) don't worry as there are some great releases in just a week on February 7th from Shana Galen, Samantha Grace, Heather Snow, Victoria Alexander and Carolyn Jewel!

End of December releases

All right, grab all those gift cards you hopefully get for the holidays and be prepared to grab some truly fabulous books releasing on December 27th! 

I have had the pleasure and privilege to read all of these except The Pleasure of Your Kiss and they have all been enjoyable reads and I added a couple new keepers by the way of How the Marquess was Won and The Duke Is Mine. I hope you are able to grab a couple of these and lose yourself in some wonderful romances!

Any in particular catch your eye?  I'm most looking forward to When a Duke Says I Do and Forever and a Day. Surrender is an updated version that Pamela Clare has edited and added in some extra chapters that she was forced to remove and it sounds promising as does An Unexpected Gentleman. I have yet to read Alissa Johnson but she has many glowing reviews, especially for her previous release.  Grab a couple of these and share them as gifts for your friends.  They are sure to be some winners :)

Early November releases

Wow, can you believe it is almost November already??  Here are some of the upcoming historical romance books you can look for at the beginning of the month, enjoy!

November 1st



The Pleasure of Bedding a Baroness is a new to me author and I love the cover so I will be trying her out :) I can not wait to get my hands on The Virtuoso! I feel like the previous two books have had a lot of momentum for Vals story! And since If You Give A Girl A Viscount seems to loosely be based on Cinderella, well, I'm all for that :) And finally, Engaged in Sin sounds like an excellent, spicy romance with a tortured hero left blind from the war that is always right up my alley!

Also releasing November 1st are two interesting sounding historicals that are a bit out of my normal range but I am looking forward to, nevertheless :)

Update

Work is kicking my butt lately (two required extra hours of work the past two weeks...each day!) so my time to actually review is getting shorter at the moment.  I have been assured that this will hopefully clear up soon....what soon means, though, is anyones guess!!  Grrr...  But here are a few of the books I have coming up to read and will be writing reviews for. Here is what I have slated to read by the end of November (but will all be read and reviewed by mid-Nov):

And I have one more lined up but since it comes out the end of January it will be a bit before I can get to it, plus I need to read the previous two novels in the series but really looking forward to this one!  I loved Shana Galens Lord and Lady Spy :)

Waiting on Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is a a weekly blog hop hosted by Breaking the Spine where we all mention one upcoming book release we are waiting for.

This week my can't wait for title is by the one and only Julie James, one of my favorite contemporary author!  She just released the upcoming cover for About That Night on her website so it seems a fitting choice for me this week.  Only April is a long, long time away!!  Here is the summary from her website:

If you have not read Julie James I urge you to try her!!  She is one of the highlights in contemporary romance and I am so looking forward to Kyles story (who is a Sawyer look alike!).  

Upcoming September releases

Happy September everyone!  Hopefully it brings in some nice cool, fall weather!  Here are a few of the upcoming historical romance being released this month that I am looking forward to:



Three releasing at the beginning on the month that I plan to purchase are Lord and Lady Spy (which I read an ARC of and loved), The Wedding Affair (I enjoyed her last triple HEA so I can't wait to read another) and Romancing the Countess (Signet Eclipse) which has been getting rave reviews all over and I have been anticipating for awhile now!



There are two new HQN books releasing on Sept 20th.  The first is one that I already know is going on my keeper shelf thanks to an arc I read, Unclaimed (Hqn).  If you have not read Courtney Milan, grab this one and try her out, its fabulous!  The other is a new to me author with the book Bride for a Night (Hqn).  The premise sounds good so I hope to try out Ms Rogers with this title.  Pretty cover as well :)




Next are a couple being released at the end of the month, Sept 27th.  His Mistress by Christmas sounds like a delightful tale just in time for Christmas.  Seduction of a Highland Lass is book two of a new trilogy from Maya Banks and can I just say... smokin cover!  Always a Temptress (The Drake's Rakes series) is book three is Ms Dreyers Drakes Rakes series and while I have not read any of her books yet, I have heard many good things about them so I hope to try them soon!  Flawless has yet another awesome cover and just for that reason alone I want to read it!  But really, it is the start of a series following four siblings during Queen Victoria's reign. 



Finally we have the new historicals from Avon also releasing on Sept 27th. I am very anxious to start What a Duke Wants as I have just finished up all four of Lavinia Kents novellas and really enjoyed them and can't wait to read a full length from her!  In Pursuit of Eliza Cynster: A Cynster Novel (Cynster Bride) is book two of a new trilogy and another one I am anxious to read!  The other two new releases, In Total Surrender and Every Scandalous Secret are ones I hope to get to eventually!  My TBR pile keeps growing and growing and my time to read gets shorter and shorter~ I know I am in the minority with Anne Mallory...I have read the previous two books and they were just ok for me while numerous of my other friends love her.  The hero of this one sounds really yummy though so I will try her again!  I have not yet tried Gayle Callen and I think this is part of a series, but I'm not positive on that, and I need to read in order as much as possible so it will be added to my TBR pile!
